We have been studying codes & ciphers for the past month. Here is a homemade version of Mastermind. (We used jelly beans.) It kept the kids busy for about 2 hours! I love homeschooling.

Egg balancing
In 2012, Grandpa Smith challenged Xander to balance and egg during the summer equinox & he did it! Rumor has it you can actually balance an egg anytime throughout the year! We have yet to test that one.
