We attended Saturday morning session of General Conference. Niko and Xander spent a week in Salt Lake with Stan. Parker was visiting from Texas. Great opportunity to spend time with friends!

Anna's School Projects
Anna has been working hard and really excelling in her education this year! She's setting goals, learning about other countries, learning about the heart and other medical illnesses, and reading great literature! I'm proud that she is really applying herself and working hard!
Another One Down
Ethan finished another reading book. He's well on his way to becoming a great reader!
Making dinner!
The kids love to make dinner and set the table fancy! Anna and Ella made dinner this night- if I remember correctly- it was homemade spaghetti.
Scripture Reading Memories
When it comes to scripture reading at our house, the kids are usually half asleep and begrudgingly read. This morning was a crack up- everyone was laughing and laughing. It was a happy time.
Temple Square in July
This July we went to 'Music and the spoken Word' at the Conference Center.
Carter Houston, Cory (the girls' cousin) and Lil' Xander (Niko and Xander's friend) all came.
Homeschooling at its Best
Ella was caught reading in bed one morning. This doesn't happen often because we get together for scriptures by 7 am every morning when Xander comes home from early morning seminary. This morning she got lucky.
The kids surprised grandma this morning by starting their schoolwork early.
Ethan loves to write too.
Daddy Daughter Activity Days Dance
The girls and a couple friends at the daddy- daughter dance. Stan and Xander took the girls. Brooklyn and Emma posed for the picture too.
